On January 15 2023 I booked a return flight from Vancouver BC to Puerto Vallarta Mexico with MyFlightSearch.Com Total cost $617.36 Canadian. Never received an E ticket. After constant calls to MyFlightSearch.Com nothing got resolved. They either hung up or blocked the calls. Finally had to book the flight directly through the airline. On March 2 2023 we received an email from MyFlightSearch.Com stating they would reimburse us on March 31 2023. After receiving the email we contacted our credit card company and informed them of what was going on. That way they had a record of what was taking place. We never received the reimbursement from MyFlightSearch.Com. After reading many reviews about MyFlightSearch.Com it appears this is not a legit company. We then contacted our credit card company and let them know what was going on. The credit card company reimbursed us for the full amount. So my understanding is that the credit card company is going reach out to MyFlightSearch.Com for reimbursement. So buyer beware. It pays to do some research prior to any purchases.
