My niece aksed for fleece leggings from MyFleecy.com for Christmas so I went on their website and ordered 2 pairs of fleece leggings totaling $69.98. I placed the order and received an email with an order number, my purchases, the total amount and my shipping information. This all occurred on December 5th, 2024. It is now, January 29, 2025, and I never received the leggings and when I tried contacting them numerous times they say they don't have an order with my order number of they just don't respond,

I saw an advertisement of the MyFleecy company and I thought I would try their product. I bought what said four leggings and one pair of leg warmer which were 80.00 dollars in all. I also had the protected package plan which was an extra 2.00 dollars. I was sent an order number but when I tried to use it to track my order through the website, it claimed it never existed. I have waited over 2 weeks and it has never showed when the shipping information claims it ship 1 to 3 days after it was ordered. I just would like my money back and make sure this scam business gets shutdown. Thank you for your help.
