I purchased a pair of boots from this company. I had bought a pair through Anthropologie that did arrive, so it seemed this was legitimate. I was wrong. I bought a pair of boots and paid for express shipping, which their website advises is 2-5 days. It has been 6 days, and I haven’t even gotten a single update on my order. I have emailed several times/chatted with their online feature/tweeted, no response ever. From reading other reviews, this is a common experience. They do not ship orders and just take your money.
