This is supposed to be a reoccurring charge. The first charge was $9.99 and after that is supposed to be $19.99 per month. I provided my name personal information and credit card information. Upon doing so, I received a message saying that I would receive an email with information to log into my account. I never received that email. I attempted to call, went right to voicemail, attempted to email, email, bounce back and also put in an online ticket on the website and never heard back.
