My son graduated law school from Loyola. There was a professional photographer and my son ordered pictures from a legitimate company called Grad Images from Tallahasse FL. We received them in the mail. I also received a separate flyer in the mail from GradImages without a space in the middle. I believe the co. Grad Images was targeted by a scam artist that faked they were the company under the same name without a space in between. There was a number on GradImages: 1-800-844-3686. I called it to see if I could order more pictures. A man with an Indian accent answered and took all of my info, including a credit card in order to talk to the next person with whom then I could order more pictures. It took 30 minutes and he was very insistent on getting this processing fee, as he called it, through. He kept asking if I got a confirmation from my credit card company. It seemed like a scam but I couldn't be sure. He told me it would be a $2.99 processing fee, when it immediately showed up as 3.99 pending on my credit card online transaction history. The he told me to call the next number: 1-800-373-3411. He gave me a reference number. When I calle dthe next number it was an automated message that asked where I lived then hung up on me once I said it. I cancelled my credit card in case they would put a recurring monthly charge on. Not sure if this was the original Grad Images whom sent us the nice grad pictures, trying to get more money, or if they were being taken advantage of by a similar fake co. trying to get money. The website has no information or address on its website. Anyway, I thought it should be reported.
