After I was on chat with Brother regarding a printer issue, immediately a pop up appeared with chat to continue to install driver for printer. I was then called and gave them access to my computer (I know!) to set up the printer. They said there was a Trojan Horse on my computer and could provide 5 years protection for $399. I said I would think about it. They called back and screamed at me saying I got services for free and I would be sorry. Very threatening.
