By 2/7 I had not received a tracking number and contacted the company again. I followed up again on 2/9 for lack of response. On 2/12 I received a response from "Jacob" saying the company was experiencing backlog and that the order would actually be shipped between 2/13 and 2/17.
I finally received my order on 3/2 and the product that was delivered was not as advertised. It was constructed poorly and improperly and did not appear remotely close in quality and type to the product on the site. I promptly took photos and emailed "Jacob" on ¾ to express my dissatisfaction and ask for a replacement or refund.
After no response, I followed up again on ? and 3/16. On 3/17 I received a response from "Mae" who said the issue was escalated and would be resolved as soon as possible.
I followed up again on 3/22 and 3/28 after receiving no response.
As of 4/5 the issue has not been resolved.
I have since looked into reviews online and saw that other consumers are having the same experience.
