I sent the payment through zelle and sent the confirmation number to the seller requesting to confirm if he received the payment. Joffrey Walton did not respond for a day and the next day he responded we will be shipping the puppy and asked to choose a day Monday, Wednesday or Friday as they ship only on those days. Since I want to have this as a Christmas present for my kids I requested to ship on Friday which is Christmas day. Joffrey confirmed and sent the change of ownership document for us to sign and return which has Michigan Judge's signature is in the attached email. Joffrey Walton did not respond again for a day after multiple emails. On Christmas night around 8pm, there's a response puppy will be shipped tomorrow and the agency will send the details. Christmas went by with lot of anxiety and disappointment. My family was suspecting this may be a scam. Saturday morning received an email from lpdpetnanny agency , puppy is ready to be shipped and has been waiting Meadow Fields airport but I have to pay pet insurance of $950.
REFUNDABLE PET INSURANCE LICENSE:
The "PETSECURE" Pet Health Insurance Company LTD. reimbursement papers for the puppy have to be renewed and paid before we commence shipping. We require that the insurance reimbursement cost for the safety of the pet on the flight in case of any problem. The Insurance cost is Refundable by the Pet Nanny upon his arrival at the

This is when it was confirmed this was a scam and we did not move forward as when looked up on the web lpdpetnanny agency turned out to be a scam. Attached is the change of ownership document.
