Wife purchased a bassett hound from the group for $800 for the dog and free delivery in the US. paid the $800 and then they signed the contract over email. after it was signed she got a text about needed to have a refundable $1300 to $1900 crate for the transfer from MN to TX. That was paid and then another $1000 was requested for refundable insurance on the puppy, and paid. Then another $1500 for transport an permit fees, which was paid. waiting now the last thing is $500 for taking care of the puppy due to taking almost 3 weeks of adding more and more money that was not disclosed when signing. I did ask for a full refund several times and they said it was too late he left MN. I have asked for receipts for the crate, insurance and permit to have for my records and they refuse to give those to me via email or text. everytime we get it paid they add another fee and cannot afford to go any further with this game. They refuse to return or refund any money paid and I have even said sent the dog back to them and refund, they refuse to do that. There only solution to anything is "We need more money for _______"
