$1 trial turned into a automatic $47.85 3 month subscription charge. When I tried to access website to find cancellation information my automatically saved password didn’t work. Immediately changed my credit card number. When I received an email from the company notifying me of the charge I contacted them, and they said it was too late and I didn’t read the entire initial contract. Cancellation had to be made prior to the charge. I don’t know how she could conclude that; I don’t don’t have a document in front of me now but I was very clear I didn’t want to be charged and I didn’t want their 3 month service. I also told them I would file a complaint because I’m telling them I don’t want this and they are taking my money for a service I don’t want.

Discovered that my personal information was on a website called mylife. Called the company multiple times requesting removal of personal address. The profile of me included fake pictures of a man with a different race. The agent said that a *** payment waa required for removal and if I didnt pay additional fake information would be added.
