I made the purchase but never received the product. I then called the company and reached a rep who asked for credit or debit card information for verification (any card, not necessarily the card used). I’m then put on hold and an automated system asks me to repeat all of my information and verbally respond “yes”. I am told this is to receive a $100.00 gift card by mail. I repeat that I only want a refund but I am told I have to verify this information thru this process first. I ask the person to tell me the amount of my original purchase but they tell me I can’t get any information until I complete this process. I ask to speak to a supervisor and am told a supervisor is not available (the person has a heavy accent and I can hear lots of loud talking in the same accent in the background. It sounds like a very busy call center). I then ask the representative what company is it I called and I get hung op on. I call back and go thru the same process with a different rep (same heavy accent). I ask to speak with a a supervisor again and am told no and the call is disconnected again. This company is clearly not legit.
