Slumlords/ Theives

I rented from Mypad properties, followed my lease, always paid rent on time. I was told my deposit would be return upon leaving the property. The always complained about things that need to be maintain when it was like that before we moved in. Of course, they found away to makeup charges and keep the deposit. when trying to justify they weren't correct, they don't give explanation nor do they want to hear your response. They did a poor job of repairing things& had very used appliances(filthy) on the property. So now im out of $1300 deposit that they stole from me. DONT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS. they just want to take you money!

The scammer offered me an house to rent and told me to pay double deposit of 2490 and 1245 for rent to move into the property. They recieved all my information regarding the request for an rental property. They made a fake lease and have a fake app called online portal by AppFolio. They make everything seem legit even to having rental insurance coverage and etc. They only text everything and never answer the phone numbers that they provide. The number they text by is (205) 809-0680
