I received the shipment promptly, but there was only one bag of protein powder. I checked the website and found that the flavor I had selected for second bag was out of stock. In my account, the status of the first bag was “Shipped” and the status of the second bag was “Pending”.
It remained that way until December, and during that period I occasionally corresponded with customer service. They told me I couldn’t do anything like switch to another flavor. I had to wait.
In December, I noticed that the second flavor was available again and asked customer service to send it. They didn’t. Instead, they gave various excuses and delays. At some point they changed the status from “Pending” to “Cancelled”. Then they told me that the order was closed and they wouldn’t send the second bag or send me a refund.
