The service repair representative I called would not schedule an appointment and said that the repair person would be at my home later in the day (11/14/2022) and showed up at my door without an appointment. The service repair representative tried to remove the light bulb and further broke the glass bulb and said that the part would have to be ordered. I paid them 1/2 of the estimated repair cost ($130.00) with a check. The check has been cashed. I have called weekly for when they are coming out to have the repair completed. The individuals that I have spoken to keep saying that the have to check with their service department. With no return phone calls. It has now been over 2 months with no response from the company. I am reporting this as a corporate fraud.
