They phished information about my family, then combined that information incorrectly (mixing first & last names) & used it to mail an "offer" for a roof upgrade. The postcard included a website address that contains the first name & zip code of one of my family members. There is also a QR code included on the card. The family member they targeted is an elderly woman.
