I ordered a basketball with a small hoop on March 30th. Received confirmation email and order number. Website now says my order doesn’t exist, yet they took the money from my account. They will not respond to numerous emails sent.

Ordered a StealthBall from the company website. My account was debited immediately and received a email confirmation of order with a link to track order. Link was inactive. No tracking number listed anywhere so not trackable through their website. Reached out for help through chat bot and email address multiple times with no response. Never received merchandise even after the expected shipping period. Lost $35
