The company offers no refunds on sales, which they only list one item. There is no address or phone number listed on this business .They send you a link stating that they are shipping the product, but they never do. I sent them several emails regarding the package, and never got an answer. I ended up changing my debit card just in case. I never received anything from them, and it's been 30 days. They also operate through Shopify. I reported this matter to them as well.
