I had purchased items on Dec 6, 2024 it told me I would get my order in 5-10 business days. I started checking Dec 11, 2024 it said parcel dropped off with carrier, Dec 12 it departed from transport hub, Dec 14 arrived at sorting center Dec 15 dispatch and arrived sorting senter , Dec 16 departure from transport hub, then it said Dec 17 processing at transport hub, Dec 19 completion of customes process Jan 15 , 2025 arrived at transport hub Jan 16 shipment en route Jan 19 out on delivery Jan 22 delivered. I contacted my postal service and they have no records of an order at all. I also had contacted the company through the email number of times and no response back. It said was going through china post
