I received a mailing from to enroll in a Mytrueidentity.com website. They want me to provide a lot of my personal information. I feel this is a scam. Identity theft. They want me to sign up for fraud alert and credit freeze. Someone may have hacked into account. My information compromised. The mailing came from Mail Processing P.O. Box 6336 Portland OR 97228. Regarding Health Aid of Ohio. I may have done business with them about ten years ago. I am not going to reply. There is no phone number on the mailing. I received the same type of mailing from NOBLR Reciprocal Exchange. To maintain insurance enroll in Identity theft by July 31.

Received letter that informed that there had been an attempt by someone to obtain some of my personal information. Read letter and it appears that they are trying to scare you into buying a policy to protect someone from fraud against you. I called the number and told the representative that they had no business looking at any information of mine as I am not a member of their company and that they were attempting the fraud and I would report them to the bbb. Thank you,
