In May 25th 2020, I ordered a droneX Pro from N2invent that I saw on a YouTube advertisement, today is July 22nd 2020 and still haven't receive my drone. Customer support is the worst ever it seems like if they use an automated email response because I get the same answer every time I try contacting them. The tracking number they provided me on the second time I contacted them still shows no movement on the package since June 11th 2020 and they're using a company call Pitney Bowes for shipping services which they're supposed to send the package to USPS later for final delivery which makes no sense because they could of just sent it straight to the USPS but anyways, I contacted this Pitney Bowes company on July 12th 2020, which by the way its about an hour from where I live.... trying to track my package and they said that the package was supposed to get sent to a USPS facility the following day and I should be receiving the package on the 14th of July 2020. Still waiting... I checked the tracking number again and now it shows that the package was picked up by an USPS agent on July 15th 2020 so I called USPS today about the package and they don't know anything about it. I requested n2invent a full refund of my money several times and they response was that they can not do that because they already shipped the item and that if I really wanted a refund I should refuse the package whenever it gets delivered to me and then wait until they receive the item back at their office here in California which again its about an hour from me. I am really tired of dealing with them that its why I'm writing this review on them and I hope they get what they deserve for scamming people.
