The company website nabinshops.com is not a legit website. When you place items in cart and proceed to pay you are directed to PayPal for payment. When you make the payment it is not under company’s name but under the name J H. Normally, after a payment on PayPal you are deducted to companies website to finish placing order; however, this company does noes not allow you to be redirected back to company website to complete order after your PayPal payment. The items just remain in cart and do not proceed to shipping page or confirmation of order page. I received no confirmation after my PayPal payment. In addition, I sent the company an email explaining issue, confirm payment received for items and how I was not redirected back to website to complete order. However, the support email provided by company “[email protected]” does not work and they do not pick up company’s phone ( (646)464-3147) and does not ring (goes straight to voicemail). It appears you are calling someone’s cell phone instead of a company. I immediately filed a claim with PayPal when I notice the company email did not work and the phone number does not ring. PayPal has initiated an investigation and has credited my account back.
