Do not waste your time or money. Company is supposed to be a clothing subscription service that sends clothing items based on style profile and preferences (complete BS).

Items are not in line with ‘style profile’ and are very cheap quality. I received 3 shipments and kept only 1 item; however, later noticed they claimed I had kept 1 item from the second and third shipments (one of these must have been updated later because at one time I vividly remember it showing 0 items kept).

There is NO OPTION to choose to cancel your subscription online, instead you must email. When you email they offer to provide a personal stylist (again complete BS) and apply a discount to future shipments/purchases.

When I brought to their attention (again, only available by email) that I was incorrectly charged for items I had not kept they offered store credit for future purchases. When I responded stating I would not accept a store credit and wanted a refund and to cancel my subscription I have gotten no response.

Stay away from Nadine West… not worth the hassle and risk of fraudulent charges.

This company is a joke! They send you a ton of dollar store quality clothes and homemade jewelry that looks like a kindergartner made for a ridiculous amount of money and when you return it, they still charge you. I sent back everyone of their hideous thrown together outfits and they still debited my account. I’ve requested a refund several times and I get email after email offering me 15% off, a specialized designer, etc. Now they are offering me store credit for the money they took out of my account. I don’t want their crappy clothes. JUST GIVE ME THE MONEY BACK THAT YOU STOLE FROM ME!
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! SCAM!!!

Clothes are poorly made. I’m convinced the stylist never even looked at my profile. They also refuse to issue me a refund after they charged my account and I returned their clothes. HORRIBLE customer service.

I subscribed and initially kept a couple of items. I then received some of the most hideous items that had what appeared to be animal hair and sometimes were not even folded. I sent back the last 3-4 bags in whole. The second to last bag I sent back I was told was after the return by date and they are refusing to refund my money. Also after practically begging to cancel the subscription they just keep emailing me back saying they will give me credit for that return and free items. I wouldn't want their garbage if it were all free. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

I had gotten sent a package that was completely full with tons of stuff. I did not like what I got so I returned them. I used the label they gave me and dropped it off to the post office. I checked my bank account and was being charged 400$ that is money I need for my rent! I emailed them and they have yet to give me my money back! They are running me around in circles and I need my money back!

They are a horrible company - DO NOT sign up!

I am the latest victim in this scam of a company! I canceled they sent me a package anyways with no return label. I asked for a new one and sent it back out. Then they charged me for the whole bag when the MAIL lost it. This is right before the holidays! My rent is being effected because of this! All they can offer is store credit to a service i don't want anymore!

I received my package in the mail from NadineWest with a ton of items that looked to be just thrown in there. When I planned on returning the package immediately I noticed I had no return slip. The return slip notifies you of cost of the clothes and also a return date. By the time I was able to notify the company and get my package sent off my package was already considered late. Now they are refusing to refund me my money and just give me a credit. Credit will do nothing because the clothes are so cheap yet priced expensively. I have lost over $400. It sounds like to me this is an intentional mistake made that causes people to return their shipment late and not be allowed a refund. It is not fair that NadineWest expects their customers to return the shipment on time, but let’s their employees make mistakes that cause these late packages. Complete scam, they will steal your money and blame you for it.

They refuse to refund money for merchandise I never received and charged my credit card after being told the shipment was not delivered. The only form of communication is via email, and they have given me the run around since September 5, 2022. Further, the two missing shipments supposedly contained over 15 items with one shipment for over $500 and the last one for over $600. Their website says 4-5 items per shipment — which is a big lie. At no time was this business given authorization to charge those amounts and the last charge was made AFTER I notified them that I didn’t receive either shipment. They are deceptive in their business practices. Their rating at BBB is terrible and I lodged a complaint with them today. They may want to be Stitch Fix but they are not even close, in both their business practices and the quality of their products.

Garbage products, bogus review websites, terrible customer service. Do not consider doing business with this company. You’ll pay $500 for $50 worth of garbage quality clothes.

I canceled my sub6 with Nadine West & they sent out another shipment a couple days later. I was not home to receive or get the package back on time. They charged me $666.99 & refuse to refund me even though I sent the package back. They only want to send me more cheap clothes which I refuse to accept. Something needs to be done about this company. They are stealing hundreds of dollars from people. I email them everyday & every email is almost the same scripted email. Here is one of them.

This is a fake clothing subscription service. What they do is start to not send you any clothing or shipments each month but then also try to strong arm you into paying for the clothing not received. They start by putting different items online than you receive in your bag despite it being "customized" for you. So you are waiting for one group of items when you receive something completely different. Then they will harrass you by email 2 to 3 times a day asking for payment for the shipment, even I'd you have already contacted the company to tell them it never arrived. I cancled my account after my first shipment because it arrived late and I was not able to return any of the ugly and poor quality items I received, and was charged over 180$ for them. After canceling I was told that the second shipment was already on its way and I would just need to return it... which I had no problem doing, only this was a lie. The items never came. Even a month and a half later. But every day I would receive harassing emails 2 to 3 times a day telling me to prove that I didn't receive the items. How do you even do that? I moved away, stopped all correspondence and told them to stop scamming people. 6 months... I repeat, a full 6 MONTHS LATER I get a fraud alert from my credit card company because Nadine west charged my account over $530.

I am sad to say the complaints on here are so accurate. I got scammed out of $500! And it's completely on them. They usually send emails with tracking info, that I rely on, so I'll know when to go to the post office (po box). They know this and if I can't make it in time, which has happened, I always email them and it was never an issue.

Their shipments would take 2-3 weeks to arrive and typically was delayed more for some odd reason. They knew this also. The shipment in question was never emailed a tracking number. I check my po box every 1-2 weeks IF I'm not expecting something. The day I went there was because I had an Amazon package delivered... Ta-Da Nadine sent a package ( NOT IN THE PINK PACKAGE BUT A TORN UP WHITE PACKAGE WITHOUT THEIR NAME ON IT) It was very suspect.

I got in on a Friday June 17th and my account was charged $500 on Thursday June 16th! ? I have been telling them that I wasn't expecting a package, since I just returned the previous one less than 2 weeks prior! What a mess...

They won't give me my money back and they have their items.. ALL of them and they had them 3 days after I stumbled upon them sitting in a locker at usps. NEVER contacted about the package, at all... never..

This company charges you for items that you return to them. They charged my account over $800! I dont have anything they sent.

I canceled this account within 24 hours of opening it. They sent the clothes anyways. The clothes were returned and were low quality items worth maybe $30. They took almost $400 from my bank and have refused for reason after reason to give my money back.
They shipped the clothes shoved into a pink package that was deformed and blamed the post office for it arriving to me this way.
There are over 1000 complaints to the bbb on them, and all are the same. They look for a reason to take peoples money.

When I saw that Nadine West charged me 152 and some change I was outraged. They clothes I received were very poor quality. The accessories were completely cheap. I emailed about my issue and they refuse to refund my money back. I sent everything back and still no refund. I've been emailing them for two weeks now and I get the same response put system wont allow a refund because my items were passed due. It's total bs. They get their cheaps items back and I'm out of 152 and some change. They keep trying to offer credit but I refused and asked them to cancel my subscription. I want my ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY TWO dollars back. Please help me.

I think the clothes are crap.. I want to get my money back. They sent me 2 package 1st was 172.00 and 2nd was 571.00! I never saw nothing about there return policy until I found that extra paper in the bag with the clothes..I gave them back everything and they WILL NOT refund me..I want nothing to do with that company..What a horrible business..No phone service. The owner should be ashamed of this

BEWARE! I returned the items I was sent because, for the 3rd time they are Walmart clothes, not at all quality. Apparently the return, which is documented, is held up due to the holidays. I was contacted via email, which I replied that I sent it back, sent the confirmation of the return and Paula, the rep said she sees the return is held up and she would be sure that I am not charged. Today, I was charged over $300 - I emailed, called, emailed and called - I was told that I would get a refund - as of right now, nothing, not even a reply back. I also asked to cancel my account, NOTHING. They won't return my emails. VERY LOW QUALITY CLOTHING AND VERY LOW QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't let their ridiculous response here fool you, its a scam and they withdraw money without consent. As of right now - I will have to report fraud to my account due to their inability to do their jobs.

UPDATE: as of today, 1/14 - I have filed a police report and a complaint with the BBB - Nadine West said they finally "found" my return and said they would give me a credit, Since they illegally took money from my card, which was over $300.00 - the bank cancelled my card. They said they could not give me a credit due to the card not working. Then they said they would paypal me to send them my info - I did that. Nothing. I had to follow up yet again - and they said they sent over the credit and let's "HOPE" for the best. STILL NOTHING.

I have all the emails in hand showing they said they would and still haven't. DO NOT give your money to these thieves!

I'm in the same boat. I just got scammed 152 and some change.

I was charged close to $1000 total from this company despite returning packages with clothing I did not want and did not ask for. I was locked out of my account so I can't even cancel my subscription. The clothes are cheaply and poorly made, yet sold for highly unreasonable, ridiculous prices. I'm young, working part-time barely making ends meet and I can't afford to lose such excessive amounts of money at a time. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR NADINE WEST.

This is a online clothing service that said the clothing and jewelry were priced $10-$30 per item receiving 5-6 items every 2 weeks or 1 monthly. I received 4 pieces of clothing and 2 jewelry items. My total was $207.34! The clothing is horrible quality and sent all wrong sizes! I attempted to login to my account as told and they have me locked out, tried calling and phone number is no longer in service. I have called credit card company and hopefully they will put a stop payment to this company. Customer research I should have done first unfortunately I didn’t till I received such a hideous order of winter clothing and it’s 92 and HOT.
