I placed an order for a graduation necklace in April. I got an email with a day or two stating that the order had been received and would ship in 7-10 days. I checked the website for the status of my order, it kept saying “processing”, even many moths later. The website has no email but you can email customer support or message them from the website. Messaging from the website. I sent multiple messages both ways with no return contact. I waited until July, messaging every week or two, and finally called my credit card company and reported this company as a scam and got my money back. Thankfully they did refund my money. I would love to share a picture of what I received, but it’s hard to take a picture of nothing.
