Charged double & then charged without purchase

I made an online purchase a few weeks ago. I was charged double, despite only making one payment. I obviously tried getting in touch with the company but I didn’t receive a response either. A few days ago I was then informed of another payment going to the same account. I obviously didn’t make another purchase after the first was made incorrectly and I hadn’t received a refund. Luckily it was declined but they obviously have my card details and are trying to get money out without further purchases. I recommend locking your card and getting a new one before this happens to you as well. I’m also in touch with my bank for this transaction!

I was charged double my total, and they used another company’s name to charge me

My total was about $10, but I was charged over $20. At first I typed my card’s expiration date wrong so there’s a declined transaction report and the real transaction report, and they are both under random companies’ names. The website says that they cannot cancel orders, give refunds, or accept returns. I messaged them but I’ll have to wait to see if they respond.

It charged my card $49.85 and then again for $19.90 and they have never made contact with me after I submitted multiple complaints about not getting my order . So I finally call them and the number was to a medical center , it’s a total scam.

If you buy something before your order is submitted you have to click agree to their terms of service which will automatically subscribe you to a recurring charge of $20 a month which gets you nothing.
