Ordered mine, never received
Ordered my luxury nails a year ago, absolutely ridiculous. Scam
Paid for it back in December
And they won’t reply to my emails

It's sad to believe a company would allow a ' business ' to advertise & commit fraud. I demand a refund or the product. This is ridiculous. If anyone needs any help feel free to reach out to me.

I went ahead and purchased a product that was advertised and seen on Snapchat, countless times, through the Snapchat link to their product.
This business charged me, and never sent me the product. The name of the company is called “Nails Luxury.” I purchased a nail kit, which again, I saw and was advertised through Snapchat.
Upon reaching out to them, it was quickly apparent that it was fraud. I would be happy to send those emails, but they straight up lied. They took my money and did not send me my product.
Upon further reviewing of the company, they only have a Facebook page, which contains complaints from other customers, saying they purchased the product and never received it. That is fraud. (Please see attached photos)
Furthermore, it is fraudulent to advertise a company that is committing theft and fraud themselves. Snapchats platform literally advertised a fraudulent product.
So I want to know how this company was able to advertise through Snapchat’s platform without any veracity and is able to steal from their users?? How can theytake money from them to advertise a fake product? Or is Snapchat profiting off of this scheme as well?
The business says they sent the product, but it never arrived saying their “tracking system had bugs.”
Then, using Snapchat today, I came across another ad FOR THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT, with the EXACT same video as Nails Luxury, operating under a different name. Operating under “Aleph Creations.” Here is the URL:

I have attempted to email Nails Luxury, as well as the legal department of Snapchat. No one has got back to me.
This is clearly a scam. Nails Luxury charged me for a product, which was never received, and is also doing this to many other people.
