I had ordered 2 pairs of jeans and a dress. Order was confirmed and tracking started from overseas. 6 weeks later the package said 'delivered' on the tracking but was never actually delivered. Wrote in to customer service, they would not give me the courrier information that the package was transferred to and said they could send a replacement in 7-15 businesses days. I said this feels like a scam and they did not reply. Filed a claim with my bank and did get that money back.

This company falsely advertised as Abercrombie and Fitch on Facebook… rock bottom prices (70-80% clearance sale). When you click it takes you to the AF website and you place your order … however the email confirmation has a completely different name and the goods are coming from China… they’re basically using AF as a bait.. and then when you purchase they switch over to their domain … so not you think you’re buying items from AF but it’s actually a scam… I contacted my bank and explained the entire situation and got a complete refund. The goods have been in transit since June 7th!
