I ordered a product on 4/20/2023 and paid VIP shipping to receive my item within 3-15 days. On May 3, I sent an email requesting a status and provided a tracking number. It looked like the item left China and was sitting in their dock. After 5 days, I checked again and it looked like the item was in my town. I reached out to inquire why it had not been delivered yet, the company first said the item was delivered. When challenged and I disputed the chance of the item being delivered, they said it was actually lost in transit and they would gladly offer me 50% refund plus a new item. I asked for all of my money back. They then countered with a 65% refund plus the items. I again stated I wanted 100% of my money back and they have now stopped all communication. They use multiple emails and only email between 1am and 4am. The items were 2 planter boxes. (Additional emails: , [email protected], [email protected], [email protected])
