I saw the ad on craigslist for washer and dryer. I texted the person (jorge's wife) regarding the washer & dryer. I went to look at it and saw the appliances. I asked if jorge could deliver it to which he said yes and that there is a $35 charge for delivery which includes 6 months guarantee (parts and labor)-it is even printed on the receipt he gave me. I agreed to pay the amount ($275) once it was delivered and in working condition. He installed it but when I asked him about the noise in the washer and that the washer is leaking inside (water is collecting inside the machine drop by drop) he said its fine and there are no issues and changed the topic. I had to rush to work but called him a couple days later regarding it to which he never answered the phone, returned my texts or returned my phone calls. I understand its on craigslist however he runs a business from his house by scamming people once they purchase the items. Someone needs to report it so others dont get scammed. I am sure this is not the first time he has done this!
