I ordered two pair of compression socks, and when ordering it shows the cost of the socks as the order total with nothing else in my cart. However, once the charge was approved and I read the confirmation receipt, it showed $13 for shipping, $4 processing fee, shoe insoles for $20, a wash bag for $10, and 4 pair of socks instead of the two I ordered. I contacted the company stating that I had not authorized them to charge me for all of the extras, and told them I felt I had been scammed and wanted the order cancelled and the charge holds on my account released. I did receive a response back from them stating they were investigating and then another response on 02/24/2024 stating my order was cancelled. However, today (02/27) they went ahead and put through the entire $103 in charges. This company has been deceptive throughout this process!

Ordered a pair of Nano Socks online for $22.00 that changed to $38.95 at the end of order, ordered anyway. Received the pair of socks and they are great. Nano Socks billed my credit card twice every sixty days for $34.77 each tme for a total of $69.54 in fraudulent charges. I called them and demanded a refund which they agreed to do, they claim it was for a Physician Email Plan or Meal Plan. Had problems understanding the lady, she had a heavy Asian accent. I explained that I didn't enroll in any type of plan and hadn't received anything from a plan. I told her I felt like it was fraud and would treat it accordingly by reporting the company & charges to my credit card company & different agencies. My credit card company was showing a pending refund when I called them minutes later and I explained the fraudulent charges to them as well.
