Napa Farms CBD used Tim Tebow as a spokesperson so I thought it was legitimate. I ordered "samples" of CBD oil & CBD capsules which cost $15.58 (supposedly for shipping). After giving them my card info ,along with name ,address, phone & email, I went to check out. Something didn't look right about the invoice so I went to the website. When you go back there is no place for contact info anywhere. I received the products last month thought nothing of. I received another box yesterday, Discovered they had been charging me $94.71 for each one which I never agreed to. When I bought the products, none of this was made clear in the information provided. Had I known, I never would have gotten the products in the first place. They advertised the products as "free samples" to try out the products just pay shipping and handling

Placed a trial order for CBD Gummies. This company sent the trial order and charged my CC for shipping.

The company subsequently sent additional bottles of gummies and charged my CC $94.87 each month for a “subscription” plan that I did not sign up for.

They have not left any phone number to contact them to cancel. The business is registered under Melissa Ann **** I have reported this as fraud with my credit card company.

I signed up for trial offer of Napa Farms CBD Oil for only cost of S/H because ad showed picture of actor Mark Harmon saying that Napa Farms is his company. WRONG! I received the product but was charged for next shipment before trial period ended. Luckily my credit card company notified me of the charge and did not approved it. Of course I must now wait for a new card and go throught the hassle of changing all of my auto-payments. This reminded me to verify celebrity endorsements.
