Was emailed by two individuals using Pharmaceutical Companies logos (P.R. O'Sullivan with Circle Health Group & Mr. Lopez at Ventivhealthcare) promising to be given interview but I was required to obtain a national certification form none other than NAPSRx. Links were provided in the email. I ordered the materials, studied for the test and received a certificate. However, when I followed up with fictitious P.R. O'Sullivan and Mr. Lopez, there was no interview. I called both companies, the real Circle Health and Ventiv only to discover that these people don't exist and the emails were fraudulent. I requested a refund and was told I would receive on if I returned the study materials. I refused as I would not spend more money on returning items and they refused my refund. I also discovered that this certification is useless, It is not required by any Pharma company and its not accredited. These people are pretending to be a legitimate business and sending fraudulent emails to generate revenue for a useless product. They need to be stopped.
