I placed an order #582 on the website narrakebike.com for a $320 48v 13Ah lithium battery on 2/23/2024. The usps tracking number provided was 9205 5903 6676 8754 0914 9294 26. This tracking number results with return to sender. I have called the contact number 626 328-6000 many times. They always told me the battery is on the way. I called again yesterday and as soon as I asked about my shipment they hung up on me. The number sends me directly to voice mail now. I have sent a text to the number asking about my shipment. No response yet. When I send an email on the website it will say email is sent but there has never been a response. I am very concerned about my $320 oder now.
