Type of a scam Phishing

For the last month, this "COMPANY" has as been calling Me on average 6-10/daily. If I don't answer or send to Voicemail, They, NEVER have left a message. When I have ans.wered, it will either disconnect or a Male Voice starts speaking telling Me My Automobile warranty is about to expire. When I try to respond, "He" keeps going. When "He" gets to a question, if I answer No or try to inquire the phone disconnects. When I attempt to call back, the Phone disconnects. When I BLOCK that Phone number, I will get another call from a different number. My Caller ID, shows a "NASA LARC"" as the caller. I immediately BLOCK that NUMBER. When I did a Google Search on "Narc Larc" nothing is found. When I search any of the numerous phone numbers ,Nothing is located. This "Company " calls Me 6-10/daily. Everytime I BLOCK one of "Nasa Larc" phone numbers, "They" call me from another. I'm at a Loss for Understanding and Knowhow to PREVENT or BLOCK This "FICTITIOUS or SUSPICIOUS" Company for being able to Practice in this manner. These People get Your Local City Area and Register Phone Numbers with their "BUSINESS NAME" and there is NO Way to PERMANENTLY STOP OR BLOCK "THEM" from contacting me. At this point I have to continuing INDIVIDUALLY "BLOCKING" "NASA LARC" HUNDREDS OF REGISTERED PHONE NUMBERS "THEY" have called me from over the last 2 months.

HELP!

THIS IS INSANE!

WHAT CAN I DO?

The List of Numbers noted are just in the last week. I have COUNTLESS Other BLOCKED PHONE NUMBERS from "NASA LARC."
