i went online to do a search for cough syrup for my aunt who has a script and medical marijuana. i was immediately approached by a chat system on the website and we discussed product info and availabilty. I was then asked to make payment for my order that was supposed to be shipped from Louisana, and UK in 2 separate packages. I was assured that no customs tax or duty fees would be applicable since my payment also included charges for 2 day expedited shipping fees. Once this was agreed, i was told i would get an invoice to my email with tracking information but paymnet was required. I made payment using paypal as requested by vendor and to select family & friends as the description of goods. After paying the person Paul Gousse.ARM 340 EURO which is 243 USD i never received the products, given tracking# that is not found with FEDEX, and told it was held in customs. Also, multiple 19.99 charges were made to my credit card to Apple, (same amount 5-6 times) as well as international charges of 21.23(same amount multiple times 5-6 time charges) that were all unauthorized by myself. When i reached out to them after trying to track the shipment but could not find it using the provided tracking #, they told me it was held up in customs, asking for additional $312 to release the shipment and then closed out the chat dialogue with me.
