Nassau HealthCare contacted me in regards to job employment on 6 July 2016. Members conducted full "Online" interview, with no face to face contact.

Privacy is a very important aspect to any business. Monitoring and safeguarding confidentiality between customers and the workplace were a very serious part within my career; having had to protect PII/FOIA/FOUO/HIPPA documents. Code of conduct is what separates a Fortune 500 company to a very basic, unprofessional environment. How an individual conducts themselves is PIVOTAL to company success and reputation.

I was the very first person within my family to trailblaze an successful Air Force career. Through much growth, I have personally seen an new, vibrant mentality for success within my immediate and extended family.

A person makes many mistakes, so I'm no stranger to them. I was given the responsibility of running an Safety Campaign within my military unit. I was unsuccessful in the completion of the campaign due to me not awarding my POCs with promised rewards. I had to take a step back, rearrange my focus and time management and I was able to rectify the situation later on in the year. I awarded 5 personnel the highest safety team award!

* What is your dream job?

My dream job is to own my Fortune 500 company, and assist many countries in creating wealth. My focus continents are Africa and South America. I'm accomplishing this through finishing my schooling in International Business which resumes in August of a year.

* Tell me how you handled a difficult situation.

Starting off as an new Airman, I was sent to a very difficult unit, being I worked with the security forces personnel. It was very demanding and very new to me. I overcame this by simply learning my regulations and job requirements, I found a great mentor, and I worked until I knew my job well enough to teach others; 4 others to be exact.

I feel as though my expertise in this field has been proven in times past and I'm more than confident that my experiences will be able to cover the broad perspective and demands given for this position. I believe in effective time management and I believe in team building/effective communication. These beliefs I feel are necessary to the success of not just the individual but also the work center itself.

I'm creating a life for myself and my future family. A man who does not work, does not eat.
