I got a letter in the mail about filing and EIN for a new business I opened. So I visited the NatBizServices.com website and purchased the EIN for $185, after which I discovered it was a scam website.

In the upper right in very small print is the Important Notice: Services offered by this advertisement.... and the KEY here I noticed is: NOT affiliated with the government. The letter came from an address in Washington, DC.
