so called office called, told consumer she won $450,000. Amount was actually larger, but would be this amount after paying IRS.

They gave her a code that she would have to give to claim her money.

Also, told her she could call Joseph Mercer with the Bureau of Consumer Protection at 877-240-5422, ext. 357
