Matthew Gallagher with National Comp Advisors answered my request to quote Workers Comp for a client of mine. After my insured gave Matthew Gallagher $2000 to start the policy more info came forward about the policy my insured did not like. He requested his money back. Mr. Gallagher said he would get the money back from the insurance company and give back to my insured. This was in August. It is now October and with several text messages stating he was going to give the money back using his credit card NO MONEY. i call, text and email and now communications have stopped.
