Harassment by Katie Hill

"Katie Hill" called my mom, my brother in law, my work and me. She states she is with Nationwide Carrier Service and that she is in my home town (which she mispronounces) and that she has a delivery with tracking number C 37 5780. She tells me I can expect her between 4:00 and 5:00 - even though she can't pronounce my city's name - and to make sure I have valid ID to sign off on all documentation. If I have questions for the sender, I need to call 855-658-2971. Yeah. Okay. She was verbally abusive to my mom, screaming at her, hanging up on her and then calling her back to continue her schpeal! My mom simply called her a scammer and that's what set her off. My brother in law and I both just received voicemails. My work received a call on someone else's extension (I had that ext like 5 years ago) and she hung up when I didn't get the call transferred to me for a few minutes. Then today, "Katie Hill" called again, left a voicemail, said it was her final attempt to locate me, again tries to get me to call that number and says if she doesn't locate me she will be forwarding the documentation to Bucks County. I have no idea what these people are trying to do, but if she didn't call from a blocked number I would absolutely try to press charges for harassment, false claims, verbal abuse to my mom, etc.

Katie Hill called me saying she was on her way with a package K9923578 and she would be here by 5. I called the number she left and it was HR MANAGEMENT telling me I’m being sued over a 20 year debt of 2k. I refused to pay them so they said I would still be served , I received yet another call today saying she couldn’t locate me yesterday and she was on a road close by . Well Katie had not showed , scam !

I was contacted yesterday at my work with a personal call left by message to me from a Mathew green that stated he worked for national courier service and was needing me to contact him back regarding a legal document #d101386. When contacting him back he could not tell me the firm he worked for only that he worked for national courier service which is weird they should have been able to provide that information. So I asked for a legal document to be sent to me stating this information and he got mad and said that I needed to pay the 501. I told him that I would not cause the last time I did pay it for this same loan company it was a scam and I had already taken care of it and he said oh like he was suprised and said well in that case if you can contact them and change it then call us back? My account that he was refering to has been closed for 2 years now the account in question was charged off 6 years ago so I am not paying a dime until I have proof via paperwork. Now he has contacted me again this morning threatening me that I have been notified and I need to be at work tomorrow between 1-5 that way he can serve me papers ok fine I'll be there it's my job so we will see. And then my secretary called this morning and stated he has called her back and threatened her saying I have to call him back if not they are showing up at my job she said that's fine just stop calling here. And to top it off now they have contacted my dad and said the same spiel to him I think if it honestly was someone trying to take me to court I would have already have been served my paper's not continuously being threatened about being served.

The caller identified himself as Partick Roberts from the National Courier Service and he was trying to contact my ex husband and I was listed as an emergency contact. He said that my ex was being sued and he needed to reach him right away. He was English speaking and sounded like he was in a call center. He gave phone number 940-748-0030 but the call came in as unavailable.

Called a coworker about a package or case with my name on it. An internet search shows this company uses at least one other name -

American Services, and a linked company, Brindle and Stone, so it looks like a debt collection/debt fraud company.
