National Distribution Systems Reports & Reviews (3)

Our office received an unsolicited box of ink and toner followed by an invoice for $*** which is way above the fair market value for this product. Our office has a contract with a company to provide ink and toner that we always call. We received a box of ink and toner through fedex and thought it was from the company we have a contract with. Once we saw the invoice and the amount we began having suspicions. We then mailed a check because we assumed someone in our office had called. We then began receiving returned checks because the address we sent the check to didn't exist. National Distributions Systems began calling us every day demanding payment for the invoice. We sent another check that was returned. Every time we called them it went straight to voicemail. We waited for their call and notified them that our checks were returned. They began to be very hateful to our staff so we googled them and found out they were fraudulent. Be aware of this agency because they are very good at what they do. We are filing this complaint and going to make sure to keep in our records.

I received a phone call about updating my mailing address for my business. The man on the phone, Gary, said that he tried mailing a letter about a price increase for Xerox toner. He said he would honor the old pricing since i did not receive the letter. He had one number wrong in our mailing address, which i corrected. I then received a toner and invoice from NDS (National Distribution Systems) for $***. If the toner had been coming from the correct company, they would have submitted an online invoice. I called the company to let them know there had been a mistake and that i needed to return the toner. Renee Schwartz contacted me back after from an anonymous number after I left 3 voicemail and called more than 20 times trying to get in touch with someone. She said she would send me a shipping label to return the product and when i asked for her extension or an email address she said she did not have either and that i would have to call the customer service number to get in touch with her. I tracked the package i returned to her and it took 6 voicemails and a week of calling multiple times a day for Renee to call me back, again from an anonymous number, saying they had received my package. I asked for an email or fax verifying they received the toner back and that i could void the invoice they had sent me and Renee replied that she had already cancelled my account and that there was nothing she could send me showing that it was voided. I asked for her to send me an email with her own wording and she said she could not do that. I asked to be able to transfer her to my managers voicemail to state that i had talked to her and the invoice could be voided and she responded "i don't have time for that" and hung up on me. This is a SCAM company and they should not be allowed to steal money from people by calling business' and having their serial number on their Xerox and trying to pawn off $*** toner.
