I received a call on my personal phone and work phone from a company that calls themselves National DRA. They stated that they had a courier that was coming out to my job to serve me legal papers. I immediately called them back and spoke to a Alex Cross.He said it was for a company called Twin Bluff Financial and I had a pending court date. I was silly and panicked because I had taken payday loans out like 8 years ago but don't remember a twin bluff. He said they work with lenders so it could be under a different name. I was scared because they called my job and I didn't know how they got that number. So I set up a payment arrangement that day. When I got home I did a bunch of research on twin bluff and immediately thought scam. These people call non stop to my previous employer and even my parents house but don't give out any information. To make things worse, they did an unauthorized draw from my account. I called the bank and had them mark it as fraud. I am sending a report to the FTC as well about this. The phone numbers they call me from are 844-279-9790 and 850-502-4025. Can anyone shut these people down?
