Agent contacted me by phone stating that I owed money for a student loan. The agent stated that he worked for a company called "Navient Solutions". I informed the agent that all of my federal student loans are with the actual company Navient. The phone number was from a Michigan area code.

I reached out to the company Navient who states that they have no Michigan location and assisted me further with handling my loans. Had I not contacted Navient this agency may have taken my money. Navient Solutions has no website or contact information on the ScamPulse.com website.
