Scammer identifies as Mr.Charles Moore and has called me 2 different months now saying I am a 1st place subscriber (not) & winner of 5.5 million US$ & has a certified cashier check for me. His 1st call (May1st) said to expect the Prize Patrol at my house at a certain day & time (no show). Recently(6/26) he called again and left same message w/his #. I left him a message. He called back & when I questioned him he said I had not sent him $ (for ?) or they would have come, then he hung up
