- Dallas, TX, USA

Asked me about my experiences, then said they would share my experiences with the team, about an hour or two later, I received a message saying I had been selected for the open position - then they told me I would receive a check for a “home office” including a 3-1 scanner printer fax machine, a MacBook Pro, a cell phone, desk, chair, office supplies, and anything else I needed. I told them I wasn’t comfortable receiving money without an offer letter (keep in mind, I had not agreed or signed anything), so my gut feeling started to kick in and did some research. Could not find their names anywhere on LinkedIn or Facebook, the “recruiter” wouldn’t answer my calls either. I then found information on this website.

I have deleted and blocked their number. I have no lost any money and they do not have any personal or financial information.

It seemed too good and fast to be true. You don’t get offered a job 2 hours after your very first interview, and without even having a conversation on the phone!!
