They send out an auto call giving you a call back number and case number. When you call in they tell you who they are looking for; in my case someone who I lived with 19 years ago. When I told them that the girls says you don't have to be rude I will take you off the list and hangs up. I call back got hung up on again, I called a third time and was told good luck. I called back from my work phone using phone# 317-647-8048 and was told the company name is National Information. I asked if they are a debt collection agency they said they investigate complaints, when I asked what kind of complaints they hung up. So I did not get into the debt collection aspect of it with them because they cut me off. I did a business reverse phone look up and discovered that there are other complaints like mine with them recently.
