We found the company on Facebook Marketplace. We reached out about the purchase of a container. After a few text messages back and forth and a phone call, an email was sent with a link to make the payment on 12/13/23. This was followed up by an email with a copy of the invoice and receipt of payment. However, the tracking information for the delivery has never sent. We were expecting delivery around 1/10/24. I was able to connect via phone on 1/12/23 to someone named Stanley Stone who was looking into the delivery. We've never heard back, we can't get through on the phone anymore and are given a google voice message to announce our name, and now the emails are bouncing to their email address.
