I was contacted from 234 255 5974, but was given 877 231 9743 to call back from an Amber or Summer Cook. She left a voicemail message on my daughters phone back in October 30, 2023. Claiming to been contracted out by Cuyahoga Sheriff Dept. I called back and asked for a Summer Cook, "she's not available" "How may I help you?" I gave them the claim # left for me to use when i call SD419355. She asked was I xxxxxxx xxxx? and did I stay on xxxxxxx xxxxx? I said yes, but 15 to 20 years ago. She asked for my last 4 digits of my social. I gave it to her. She said she needed it to release my file, She says hold please and then a man is on the phone and says it appears that we have the wrong person, because the 4 digits given did not match what they had. He apologizes and says there will be no more contacts. I waited about 30 minutes and called back, a lady named Jackie answered and I asked what is the company name and she says "National Proceedings".
