They say they are National Recovery Associates or some other Recovery. I wen to the web site and only legitimate recovery warns about them by using a phone number that they use. They sound foreign either from the islands of Jamaica, Nevis, or India. They say they are in arbitration with a payday loan so they can't tell me the name of the company they are working in behalf of but they threaten me with a warrant if I don't pay them $800.00 + $200.00 to defry cost. So far they have on 5 different numbers. Some of them are spoofer numbers! They are harassing and threatening! Please stop them!

caller from phone number 844-226-8637 called my house left message on answering machine, called my fathers cell phone (asking for me) and called my cell phone. I answered my cell phone and they asked me to verify the last four digits of my social security number stating they were from the National Recovery Associates. The lady spoke in a Jamaican type accent. She refused to tell me why she needed me to verify my social for other then to make sure she was talking to the correct person. I refused to verify any social security information but asked if she could give me any information about what this was in regards to . She refused and said she would process the "claim" with the social she had on file (which was actually the last four digit of my social) and said "good luck!" and hung up. I did research on the number and saw that it was reported as a scam & it said to report to the BBB.
