I have been receiving frequent (at least 3 a month) correspondence regarding "Terminating a timeshare contract." I have never taken part in a timeshare nor interested in a timeshare. This letter indicates that they can "terminate my timeshare contract" and "get out of financial responsibility" - which leads to my conclusion that in order to do this they would need my personal information (financial etc).
This is of tantamount concern as to the fact that I now have to check my credit to ensure someone is not using my identity and procured a timeshare in my name(?).
Please look into this as I have read the message boards and there are literally hundreds of posts regarding this /situation. I think this situation deserves looking into. I have submitted another scam on 7/21/2015 with another address regarding the same subject matter. I have not submitted all of this mail as it is profuse and in the beginning I just threw it away, but now it is becoming a concern.
