I received this email that I have attached, I responded with my information, and then received text messages the next day. The text messages said I would receive my assignment, along with the payment in the mail. I asked what company this was for, they said the National Shopping Service Network Inc. I researched this company and found out that their name is used a lot for scamming, so I asked for them to not send me any information or payment.

I got an email about signing up with mystery shoppers, $300/ assignment. Forward information if I was still interested. Thought it was legit, sent them my info. Then I went to the site on that business and found they had an alert out and the email I got falls in that alert.
